I never thought or considered meditation and reiki would help my golf but I’ve certainly been converted . Relaxing environment and has helped me feel more confident! I’d highly recommend trying complementary therapies . I’ve now had a great experience of a ear candle treatment with Apryl and I was very surprised how relaxed I felt during and afterwards, I even went home for a little nap . After a week I noticed the ear that was blocked the most has been popping a couple of times and my hearing has improved. Thank you .

I have had several different treatments with Su her reiki sessions are wonderful I leave feeling really relaxed and calm. I have also had crystal dreaming which is regression into past life's and clearing negative energy. After this session I learnt a lot about myself and feel like I can finally move on from what was holding me back. I had an ear candling treatment by Apryl at Wellbeing by With Compliments the other day and practically floated on a cloud out the door☁️🤍! The treatment was a lot more relaxing than I’d anticipated which was a welcome surprise, and also it’s very interesting to see what comes out from the ears after just one treatment. I booked myself in with Su for an amazing reiki session before I went away on holiday. It helped to clear and re balance a lot of stress that had built up with work. It was an amazing experience, I felt my body clearing and the energy lifting. Afterwards I felt like I had been re tuned.I also felt focused, but chilled. I’m going to make sure I don’t leave it as long before booking again.

I must say we were very happy with the flowers and the service provided. Sue went out of her way to help us with our mother's funeral flowers. She worked within our budget and provided flowers and displays with great thought and design. I would be more than happy to use again, and would be happy to recommend her to others.
