I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the sudden cancellation of all my scheduled shifts without prior notice. I understand that schedules may change due to business needs, but a lack of clear communication has left me in a difficult position, as I was relying on these shifts. I had scheduled shift on Monday 7am but they send the cancel notice on Sunday at about 8pm and Monday morning they cancelled all other shifts continuously.

I would have appreciated advance notice so I could make alternative arrangements. Professional communication is essential in maintaining trust between workers and the agency, and I hope that moving forward, better measures are taken to inform employees about shift changes in a timely manner.

Never give these people your number. They will spend 4 years harassing you with text messages only relating to that one job you might have worked at or was interested in and they won't listen when you tell them to stop.

They will ignore your text replies asking them to stop unless you use profanity then they will respond but only to warn you that they will take police action for harassment. Strange how that works, they're the ones who have been harassing me the past 3 to 4 years. Also, the recruitment line never answers, have only ever been able to speak to someone in Transport Office and they hang up on you because it's not their department and they're "not interested".

Partner phoned to enquire re vacancies etc and we were astounded at the rude manner from the girl on the phone. We were obviously disturbing her coffee break and she couldn't have cared less. She said she would send details to him and needless to say she didn't. Must remind you guys that without drivers etc you wouldn't have a job.
Managers need to train their staff to be more friendly and polite. I'm sure I won't get feedback from this review either.

Stay Away! Chaos, Broken Promises, and Zero Professionalism!

On the morning of April 9, 2025, I received a message saying “IPS Bardon Needs You.” I replied to the message, and they contacted me. Although I had already uploaded my documents to their system before, they asked for them again. They requested that I be in Bardon at 2:00 PM the same day for the induction. A company representative named Haydon collected our documents and completed our orientation. Afterwards, he gave us a tour of the factory areas, but we weren’t allowed into the production area because we had not been told to bring safety shoes.

Later, we asked Haydon our questions—when we would start, what exactly we would be doing—but his answers were vague. The whole process of going to Bardon and attending the orientation took over four hours. On the same day, I contacted Andrew from the head office, the person responsible for arranging warehouse shifts. I also asked him when we would start, but he said he wasn’t sure and that they were still making arrangements.

I called again on Thursday, but there was still no confirmation. On Friday, Andrew called me while I was driving, but my phone was on Do Not Disturb mode. I messaged the person I had previously sent my documents to via WhatsApp and asked for Andrew’s email address. That person only gave it to me on Monday, even though I had requested it on Friday. I also tried to call Andrew on Friday, but they didn’t connect the call. They just said, “He’ll call you.”

On Monday, I finally reached Andrew. He said, “I called you, and you didn’t answer. I gave you a chance, but you didn’t take it.” I politely told him that I had called back later. He replied, “You responded too late. I gave you a chance, but unfortunately…” I didn’t quite understand what he meant by “giving a chance”—I believe that opportunity is something created by both sides.

I would advise not to trust this company too much. They have an unprofessional approach and are more focused on managing their own tasks rather than helping you—they won’t hesitate to push you around in a chaotic system. I had told my wife happily that I would be starting a temporary job, but after these events, she became very upset. Because of these people, we are now unhappy. I absolutely do not recommend them.

The is the worst agency I worked since moving from London to Birmingham, every week there has been a mistake in my payment please i urge people to check there payslip's every week. Cause when i called up on the phone asking about it there told me that i was lying and that it I didn’t work those hours when i clearly sign in Electronically at my job. So please check payment and have EXTRA proof of working hours

Worked for this agency at Carlisle the person I had to deal with was Kyle think they forget they are an agency was let go because when I got home after a 13 hour shift said to them I would not be in that night as would only get 4 hours sleep before I had to get up to go back to work so sacked me for that so they would rather have drivers running tired Kyle is a joke they don’t back there drivers as they are owned by the same company even if they call them self Logistics’s people
