The entire process from start to finish was simple and straightforward. I was given an on-site tour to inspect the premises and so that I felt confident that the unit size would be adequate for my needs. The staff at the Leeds Road branch could not have been more helpful. Everything was explained clearly and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the operation; not only is the building immaculate but there is ample equipment to make any transferring, be it from a car or a van, as easy as possible. If only all business could run this smoothly!

Amazing facility with great offers. I usually rent a small unit for the summer to store my thing when I move out of my student accommodation. They have really good rates/offers when you rent for at least 2 months. There are nice trolley to carry your things and the units are nice and clean. The staff is incredible. They go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need, and they're always available if you need them.
I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of storage space.

Such a positive experience, they say moving is stressful… and trust me it is but the one that wasn’t was here with Brooke and Kat who knew everything inside out, gave advice on size which was extremely accurate. Told of the white van man who was making more stressed and listening to me or them because he just wanted to be out. Allowed me time to find the one piece of paperwork I desperately needed with all my things unceremoniously dumped in there unloading area. They then check in with me all afternoon and made sure I was okay as I filled my unit. So the staff are EXCELLENT with top notch customer service and the facilities are bright, clean and look well maintained. They gave me the best deal available without having to ask and Brook explained all the code and entry system knowing I was a complete technophobe so didn’t leave me until we had checked it worked corrrectly and I k ew what I was doing. Moving had been incredibly stressful but these ladies made the afternoon and early evening pleasant, calm and I am confident to 1. Use my unit, 2. Approach them for anything (however small)
I can’t recommend them highly enough… in age where there seems to be storage everywhere in every size and price this company definitely are doing something right and I will recommend them to family and friends as well as posting a review.

The service at Storage King was excellent. Brooke was excellent and allowed us to start a day earlier which was a great help. The facility to is clean, easy to access and the flexibility of access was amazing. Really helped to make a stressful moving house situation, easier. Thank you.

Amazing facilities and staff, very kind and understanding, incredible helpful. Was recently involved in an accident and the staff were very helpful and generous, very understanding; incredible grateful, would 100% recommend. Have even ran into friends who also have a unit here, very student friendly and great prices. Will definitely be coming here again. The units are great sizes as well, I have been sharing with a friend and we are both very impressed with the prices and the sizes of the units. Very secure as well, I feel very comfortable storing my stuff here ?

Brooke and Cat in reception were fantastic they made the process very easy and simple. When setting up the contract they were very clear with the terms of the contract making sure I was aware of the 14 days notice to vacate my unit. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process. They provide an excellent packaging and shredding service as well. The building is clean, dry and secure would 100% recommend. Thank you!

Great convenient storage facility for a business user. Setting up on site was quick and easy. The staff were clear, helpful and flexible setting us up with flexible hours and adding people to the known list of users for the business.
Easy getting in and out in the early hours of the morning with carts and a spacious elevator.
I especially appreciate toilet facilities being on site as someone who works out in the field regularly, those can be tricky to find sometimes!

Storage king is fantastic! The service is top notch! Brooke was amazing from beginning to end. I could not recommend them highly enough. My requirements were listened to and the perfect space was provided. accommodations were met for days the office was not open and the tech system and security is the best of the best!
