We first contacted Graham around a year before actually using the storage unit (due to house selling).
Graham is very fast and efficient with communication and will try and help in any way he can.

We started using the storage with about an hours notice (due to removals having had a cancellation.
The instructions for access were sent via email and Graham showed us each step in person too, which was very helpful.

Our renovations began quicker than expected so we needed a storage unit quickly and at short notice over the Christmas holiday period! The manager was so helpful in arranging a unit for us and gave clear instructions on how it all worked. Didn’t expect to spend New Years Day storing our furniture but it worked for us and at a great rental. Would definitely recommend!

I have had a couple of units with STAR selfstore, and honestly I think they are second to none. Not only is their customer service professional and quick, but they are friendly too. The facilities feel clean and secure and there is a lot of choice on size of locker. Massive shoutout to Graham for being constantly accommodating to me. Would recommend time and again!
