Still no delivery. Ordered plants from Dobies and paid extra for delivery. Whistl have my plants since 2nd May when I ordered on 24th April. Now passed to Royal Mail but haven't been given a tracking number so could be anywhere. Worse than Evri used to be

I’m not so sure they are the best in the business. Can’t seem to find my address and I live 50 yards from a main arterial traffic route. Baffling and amazing!! Get your act together or ship out.

I'd give no stars but that's not an option. In their pretty useless tracking, it says they collected my parcel on August 25th, I've had several messages with various delivery dates/times and an apology but still nothing & it's September 10th. I drove a 1.5hr round trip today to try and buy the item elsewhere, unsuccessfully. Tomorrow I'm debating a 2hr round trip because I really need this item, but worried I'll come back empty handed again, if it was easily accessible I wouldn't have ordered it online in the first place. I accept that I'm fairly remote, but I've never had to wait 3wks for a courier service to deliver anything before!

Was supposed to deliver my parcel by the 24th October which was towards 7days of my order being shipped.. it is now 25th October and it has not appeared no e-mail to tell me they are late. No communication for their failure to deliver. Shocking customer care and shocking service will not be buying anything if this company is involved. Do yourself a favor and use someone else as my parcel has went walkies all by itself no doubt in one of their deliver drivers house

They received my order on 16/12/20, this is now late evening on 23/12/20 and still no update on delivery. This happened last time a company used Whistl and we never got the order. Company refunded the money as this company couldn’t find the house. This is not a new house, it was built over 30 years ago!

Spent all day waiting on a package, a day I could have used to actually get stuff done but now it was wasted because they claimed I couldn't be reached when I've done nothing but wait on them all day.
So now my money is locked off for a week before I can get a refund and I'm without a needed product for that time.

Still waiting to collect a parcel from Argos that the seller dispatched by Whistl on 29th Nov. The latest info via the 'track my parcel' portal indicates that it us with the carrier on 11th Dec. However, the tracking history shows that it has been with the carrier for over ten days, so when will Whistl honour its delivery promise
