Ferry did not break down and worked tirelessly to ferry passengers to and fro from Iona. Had a nice view and experience. Right side of the ferry has a better view than the left when heading to Iona.

Man in the ticket booth was very pleasant and friendly.

Price was 8 pounds something for 2 of us off the top of my head.

Would recommend a visit!

Poor customer service on the ferry by an older man. Myself and my husband bought our ticket at the ferry terminal and seen that the ferry was coming in we hurried as much as we could to catch it bearing in mind my husband is disabled and cant walk as fast as other people, so when we boarded the ferry, this person told us we should have been here 10 mins early, even although there were people behind us he also made a comment about us having a dog. When we were getting off of the ferry the stairs were made of metal and were slippery as it had been raining I was going down the stairs and slipped and fell down six of them I hurt my arm and my right leg ended up down behind a panel next to a pipe. A lady employee came to ask if I was ok but I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to get off. The male said thats what happens when you have a dog and a stick. I will never travel on this ferry again.
