"Overnight" doesn't necessarily mean "by next morning"! I took a parcel to the depot on a Saturday afternoon. The single member of staff there was not able to process it, but it turned out that that didn't really matter, because it wouldn't go out until Monday night anyway! Someone will phone me back on Monday morning so I can pay over the phone. Not a massively slick operation.

We use APC for business purposes as their depot is yards from our offices. They are reliable and flexible, they offer different services and do sometimes fall foul of road works & other issues, but generally keep us updates of problems.

Absolutely appalling customer services experience. Waited for my parcel, phoned them after the delivery window had lapsed. Was told that i will not be receiving my parcel today. No apologies, no explanation other than was told that the drivers are back so they must have run out of time. I live about 25 minutes from their depot.. so i had to ask when will i receive it, was told tomorrow. I asked about the delivery window and was told well you got a message this morning, it will be the same tomorrow, you will receive a message. It is just the utter not caring at all attitude that was the most frustrating about the guy that i spoke to. Please find better customer service agents and do that asap!

I ordered meat from mullaco online and three days after I received email from APC with order tracking number and link, when I open the link it was confirmed that it was delivered to wrong address. I rang APC they said they will speak to the driver, I rang next day they said the same. Then I asked to dispose the product because it wouldn't be any useful for me and I ask if I could get return they said I will have ask Mullaco.
So I guess it's not just APC is involved in this scam but also the providers use such services are also the thugs.

Absolutely terrible service, sends parcels to the wrong address, next day service takes 10+ days, driver was completely unhelpful as to steps to take once parcel has been refused and claimed "I don't work for APC" despite having their logo on his t-shirt and van.

Customer service isn't high on their list. Having processes in place is fine, but there must be room in processes for the customer to accept liability and waive rights for simple delivery and minimum carbon footprint. If all other couriers can offer it, so can they.

unreliable, terrible service, there are some great hard working couriers out there but this isn't one of them, happy to change this review now, used on many occasions and always be able to speak to some one at depot if i needed to chase item or get updates, unlike the bigger chains, greatly improved
