Driver doesn't understand what doorbell pushes are for Anyone comes to the door our dog will bark. Apparently he took a photo of our front door. Even if he had knocked we were only twenty feet from the front door. Waste of resource. Only ever had this issue with M&H - ridiculous! So hopefully he can make his presence known on a redelivery tomorrow. Preserving dignity by not naming the driver ... maybe I should?

Really struggled here, trying to get kitchen worktops delivered to the Highlands from B&Q. Initially didn’t show up at all, and then when they did deliver they were missing a worktop and gave me someone else’s item. And I’ve just been told that redelivery will be in 2 weeks.
Bit stressful when trying to work to a deadline.
Would potentially be better hiring a van yourself.

Poor service still waiting for part 3 delivery which was on overnight since Wednesday last week.. honed on Monday to have the customer service be super rude and tell me invergordon driver whom I spoke to on Friday is a known liar… then told me I would get my final part of delivery when I got it… shockingly bad service and super unreliable

From us DPD picked up parcels on 19.11.2024 for sending to the New Post of London.

DPD lost parcels, not delivered to London. One parcel was supposed to go to Lviv, the second to Kyiv. It was two paper boxes of 10 kilograms. And they were signed. Please provide a written answer.

In Inverness they are listed as a collection office for DHL however they refused my parcel and returned it without tracking and it has since been lost. Poor customer service, horrible attitude and bad experience trying to work out where my parcel was.

Dreadful service. Lose parcels. Say they cannot be found despite DHL confirming delivery to the depot. Yesterday left parcel in bin. Delivery stated left in safe .. the safe play was not the bin and the last place we looked. This was after contacting UPS. The company sends out messages branded with the company like DHL etc making you think you are dealing with DHL when you are looking for information.
Inverness depot are a disaster.

Awful, didn't deliver part of a consignment from B&Q I ordered (B&Q weren't great either). Then apparently found it days late but turned up with 2 out of 5 items (presumably the rest was still lost). When I told the driver I was not accepting part of the consignment (I'd cancelled it with B&Q the day before anyway) the driver got very angry & shouted at me. Frankly I wouldn't go near this outfit with a barge pole again (& won't order anything from B&Q again) as a result of this.

I understand that negative feedback doesn't necessarily inspire better performance, but it can be frustrating when one isn't available to receive a delivery. In my situation, I'm often occupied with work and unable to wait at the doorstep for a van's arrival. I've provided clear instructions to call me if there's no answer at the door, as I'm typically nearby or easily reachable. Despite this, the company claims the delivery was made when, in reality, I found a card in my letterbox. Additionally, I won't be available tomorrow afternoon due to prior commitments. Could we please work together to enhance communication and ensure smoother delivery processes? Thank you for your assistance.
