Horley Road Services are brilliant. Had a delivery for a pallet with large item on it and unfortunately, I wasn't in. However, the driver, Steve, was really helpful as were the depot and I managed to ger it delivered safe and sound on the day. Really good service, thank you.

Absolutely awful customer experience (01 Jul/2024). Driver
(truck reg GK19FNV) triggered by a simple question “is it possible to stack the pallets”. One of the worst “male Karen” reactions I have seen for absolutely no reason. Rude, arrogant and abusing behavior - an individual like this can’t be in any customer service capacity. Shocking.

Just took delivery of a tonne of salt by Mark at HRS. In the snow! Mark couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Spoke warmly of HRS as a family friendly firm for employees.
