Rude rude lady could not print my label, even though I have posted parcel many times by booking online and then getting label from post office counter , this rude lady was so in hurry to close the shop that she won't even let me speake. Some of the staff are so good and rest specially old ones won't have a clue of online services.

Went to Newmains post office to get my passport application checked as advertised that they do it when I asked was told by the person who was on they didn’t know how to do it and advised me to travel to Wishaw Or Carluke miles away not the service they advertise
