I was apprehensive after reading reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a big parcel to collect and one of the staff phoned me a taxi and carried it to taxi for me. Also they are rushed of their feet, deliveries, minding the shop, stacking shelves and looking after Post Office. I take of my hat to them.

I echo the sentiment of other reviewers regarding the poor customer service at this location. It was not a one-time issue, but rather a consistent pattern of unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from the staff.

One employee in particular would barely acknowledge customers and handle transactions with an unpleasant demeanor. The staff could greatly benefit from customer service training. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I visited Almada Street P.O. last week & was served by the same lady who 3 months ago gave dreadful customer service & her attitude to her job was appalling.
Last week she was much more polite & interacted with other customers & myself in a very pleasant way. What a difference!

I would give it zero if l could,its either closed or they cant take parcels or their machines arent working,all the post office staff could be doing with a customer service course,if they spent less time sitting in the back or chit chatting with friends and ignoring customers then maybe customers could actually get served

every time I go to the post office it is closed. A woman with short hair is not nice and is always "busy" (talking with friends).
