Just letting you all know I'm shitting myself rn reading these reviews, my parcel was accidentally sent to this place but was apparently rerouted immediately according to royal mail. I hope to god they haven't lost it otherwise I'll kms

Edit 2: appears my package is stuck here LMAO said its been rerouted but every few hours it likes to update the tracking saying its still at Heathrow

They love keeping your parcels here and not shipping them. My parcel was meant to reach me in 3-4 working days but it’s been 9 working days and it’s still stuck at this place! Their service is horrible avoid ordering from websites that use Royal Mail for international shipping you’ll regret it.

This is medicine that I posted for my mother who went Italy for holidays go spent with her son for 1months . This medication is of dementia and anxiety but they hold to . I paid £17 for this delivery but still waiting . I any body reading this review from Royal Mail please deliver it asap.

My item (LS443012435CH) has been stuck here since August 16th! 12 days and zero update from Royal Mail…if there’s a fee to pay then release it to Royal Mail so I can pay it…if it’s missing documents then advise! Can’t get hold of these people and am at a total loss as what to do!!!

Could see they had it for at most 48 hours.
Tracking was consistently updated.

Should give us the option to select Zero stars! Ordered a replacement part (from Germany) for a small domestic kitchen food slicer. German side was super efficient (with full tracking and swift despatch). Then it arrived at Langley HWDC - straight into a black hole! What a farce. How can Royal Mail continue to operate such a disgraceful service? I paid £39 quid for the part and £8 postage. For the past 7 days, Royal Mail tracking page says "item will be delivered today". But tracking info says it's still stuck at Langley. Waiting time on Royal mail phone helpline was minimum of 35 minutes... still no sign of my purchase.

My best friend sent me a very meaningful package from Australia to London in 21st July. It has been sitting at Langley since July 29th with no further updates and no attempt at delivery. Seems stolen to me until anyone can prove otherwise. My tracking is LW506284573DE. If we had any alternative we would never use this service again, we are so upset with the lack of service provided.

My inbound parcel has been stuck here since last Tuesday, utter incompetence, it comes from China, to the Netherlands, to here, so quickly, what can they be doing with it
Update: After 4 days sitting in "Heathrow international LC" it has been released from customs and within another day it arrived at my local delivery office.
Not sure if this will help anyone but I submitted a complaint to royal mail around the same time as it started moving....wonder if this is a coincidence or not.

Why can't I put 0 score! My parcel which contains an important document has been sat there for 5 months now. 5 months..... seriously... Where is my parcel? I guess no one is working at this company or they just sit there, have a cuppa then they get paid. What a great company! This is the worst delivery company
