What a pain in the hoops this place is!! Very unnecessary all the crap the HGV drivers are made to do and them to put zip ties on and get them checked wtf and then they weren't even checked at the next location very frustrating

Sitting under a million watt bulb on the most uncomfortable chair for over 3 hrs is no good

If I crash on my way to MME1 because I’ve been forced to sit and get a migraine on a chair that’s really uncomfortable and I fall asleep at the wheel

Certainly the decision to be paid for a bitter coffee, led me to offer one star. We are talking about a big company that can offer free coffee. I also compare it with the other Amazon sites where coffee and tea are free.
Otherwise, it is a location that provides a canteen with billiards and table tennis as well as other games for a little recreation. TV, microwave oven and hot water machine. couches. Fire Aid Station.

Insane amount of work you have to sort around 450 packages an hour as the conveyer belt brings them to you and it has to be done fast other wise loads of packages start to pile up, the pressure and stress is insane. Only lasted 3 night shifts and had to stop as I was getting ill. Staff are nice the job is pure hell. I wanted to make it work as I needed the money but just couldn’t do the job unfortunately. Only 30 minutes unpaid break have to wait for a manger if you need the toilet.

They expect a person to be up to speed on your first minute of your first day,any disability is ignored,any mental health problems get ignored, the staff at Amazon were great,from the holding yard to the main building.
The problem is the courier company,no lunch in a nine hour day,did not pay me,cost me quarter tank fuel,nine hours data,and nine hours labour.

Workers are really quick to unload and reload . The waiting room has everything you need ie microwave kettles free drinks sofas and big TV. Very clean and tidy

Drivers like this should not be on the roads, this is his parking while delivering my parcel. This is a main road and that van would fit in that space for 90% of 3.5t van drivers, this guy is the 10% minority.
