What a pleasure at IBT today! Gentleman on sales desk was knowledgeable and friendly, young man in shed 2 cheerful well presented and obviously cared about the quality of items he was picking.Thanks for making a routine shop a pleasure. A rare thing!

I'm not in the trade however I was treated with respect here at IBT. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and professional. One young lad sorry I can't recall his name was very helpful and accommodating, even cut a piece of wood for me at my van. I'm eternally grateful as I was having a poor health day and fatigue was setting in with each passing minute. I did my research before purchasing and found this merchant to be competitively priced in my local area, I'll definitely purchase from IBT again. Thanks guys.

What a brilliant service. Ordered 20 slabs online yesterday pm and they were delivered the following morning. Delivery to Glasgow was very, very reasonable and the delivery driver was lovely and helpful even phoning 20 minutes before delivery. Definitely using this Merchants again. Can't fault them. A+++
