Mark and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Everything was so professional. It really put our minds at ease the way you receive and accept your quotes, how much us due when and why etc. Gives you peace of mind.

We added some extra work just before our job was due to commence, this was not an issue for them.

I hoped the review would be positive however, I am afraid I hope other people avoid this company.

From the start very professional and fast to respond. After deposit and material instalment paid, started to go downhill. Our quotation was on August 2020, just completed October 2022 in what they say is a "completed" garden project(pics attached). Which clearly lacked the professional finish they advertise and say when you get the initial quotation

Many delays and false promises, office staff rude and inexperienced in speaking to customer. No empathy or care for customer. Delays in getting back to customer unless it's about paying an invoice. Which they respond very quickly.

Contacted the company about issues that I was concerned about and highlighted. However, it was completely ignored in the email and just responded asking when is the invoice going to be paid and saying the garden in complete and no further action required.

Despite saying to me they will hire a company the jet wash the garden and driveway as they left a mess, even in my neighbours drive. Which Marc spoke to my neighbour and assured once it's all complete he will have the driveway all cleaned. Now I have to spend money to get the garden repairs and cleaned.
*Damaged garden gate with machinery, said "will be fixed"
*Sleepers not finished off. Gaps and unaligned. Again "will be fixed"
*Different sized gaps all over the patio slabs.

They suggested to install a drainage pipe, before they will carry on the work as they didn't want to affect the work and reputation. This lead to costing another £600 before they will continue work. Drainage pipe they installed wasn't put into the ground deep enough therefore visible on top of the grass. Again, said will be fixed and then Suzanne the office staff, denied they installed it and said the cleaned it up out of courtesy. Which they basically just threw soil on top.

They left 1 tonne of material lying in the garden for months and rubbish at the back of the driveaway since the start in January 2021 when they came out, which they said again. They hire contractors to remove. Eventually removed themselves last week.

All in all, the intension of this review is to let others know what to expect and not go through what we have been through over the past 2 years.

Cambus Fencing & Landscaping did a wonderful job on our garden. From consulting to design to actually building it, they were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had about the process. They took into consideration all our requests including making it as dog friendly and as dog safe as possible. The garden looks amazing and vastly better than the mud pit that used to be there! I highly recommend them and we will be using them in the future for our front garden!

We initially booked Cambus Fencing and Landscaping to build two patios and a path in our new build back garden after nearly a year of having a sloped, lumpy and unusable rear to our home. After a bit of deliberation and honest advice from Cambus, we added artificial grass to the quote a few weeks before work was due to start, which was met with a can do, positive attitude. When work began, I was very impressed by Marc and his talented team - Adam and Jordan - a very hard working team who are not only great at plying their trade but also great guys that nothing was a bother for. Despite some delays due to weather, we were incredible impressed by the amount of work these three gents can do in a day. They very kindly put up our decorations in the garden - which went over and above their duty but did so enthusiastically and without complaint - we were so thankful for their help. We are very happy and grateful to have gone with Cambus because the quality of the work shines through. We cannot wait to enjoy this garden over the many years to come.

I was recommended to use cambus by a friend,as they did a fantastic job at his house.
As expected the team knocked it out the park.
My garden was a mess,as was the fence.
Now it has a perfect fence and a huge Decking area.
Everything is absolutely solid and well put together.
Happy is an understatement.
Looking forward to the grass getting done next to finish it all off.

Had these guys out to level a sloped back garden and to lay paving stones and some turf. The work was done to a professional level, we are happy with the garden we now have.

At the start of the project we initially got a quote from a landscaping company located in our estate, they quoted a ridiculous amount to the point we thought they didn't want the job, Marc came round and gave us a much more reasonable quote.

Communication could have been slightly better as our work was delayed due to the bad weather earlier in the year.

Can't fault the work, they were very good and would recommend this company.

Marc and his team were brilliant from start to finish.

I had multiple conversations with Marc after he initially came out to work on a design and plan that I was really happy with.

The boys got started early every day and always gave me an update on what they were doing. They went above and beyond with a kind and professional manner and addressed any and all issues I had during the process. They even helped me with my garden furniture and bedding.

Would absolutely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Delighted with the job Marc and the team done on my garden. The garden was overgrown and untidy and I really couldn’t use it. The guys came over when stated to give me a quote and talk through some ideas I had. They went away and designed something I was really happy with. Communication was brilliant and nothing was a problem for them. Even accommodated me with work and we’re able to work around me. I’m really pleased with the garden and have had some really nice feedback already. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the guys to anyone looking to get a garden makeover.
