I only worked with them for 4 weeks over 3 shifts, however, I experienced nothing but complaints and lack of communication. The app the company uses for its schedules is not listed with correct start times, the staff from wiz international had no good things to say since RGIS took over. I ended up being terminated due to one hour late shift because I took the app at its word and being on my phone during training that I had already received and completed. On the bright side it is a very easy job with minimal effort and good pay despite the lack of shifts. Word of advice for anyone applying: ask when the shift actually starts and notify your manager when you are going to make your own way to a job. Surprisingly this wasn’t covered in the training.
