I had the misfortune to buy a flat in a building they managed. Utterly awful. From bloated invoices, and charges for inspections that never resulted in fixed, to staff that are rude, ignore emails and are utterly inept, these guys are actually criminally incompetent. I sent a video about water running through my ceiling onto my boiler and was told this wasn't their fault as it was probably coming FROM my boiler. Despite, you know, gravity.
They would charge out building for works that happened in other buildings on the same street. They'd send an engineer to look at legally required stair well lighting and never repair it. And then charge you again to look again.
But the worst is that we found out they didn't have adequate building insurance for our building. Leaving the owners with a potential bill of 10s of thousands of pounds!

Terrible customer service. Phoned about a leak in my home, which was ignored. Phoned multiple times, always told I would get a call back to help - never did. Emailed multiple times and copied in Julie Bruce the estate manager, ignored every time.

Horrendous company! They charge a fortune in factor fees and do next to nothing. The cut all the grass in November leaving all the cuts to turn to mulsh in winter and trimmed hedges and flung cuttings at end of my garden! They’re seen sitting in the vans most of the day playing with phones! Charge over £500 for sanding kids play thing timber edges! And sent a debt recovery letter to my us even tho we had payed the bills on time.

Absolutely terrible service. They overcharge at any possible moment (£500 pounds to move a metal planter) that they put in! That was I'm a bad spot and a car hit it. Best part is a week later, happened again. Literally happens with everything from common garden maintenance, lifts, etc

They are refusing to fix lighting in the area and avoiding all email.

Every possible moment of dealing with them is Terrible. Avoid this company

Con Artists.
If you have a dead tree on your estate, don't worry they will charge you £100s for a "tree survey".
You ask for paper free communications and they continue sending letters and charge you each time for that!
Move out the property, ok here's a £66 reassignment fee.
Attempt to speak to someone online, they ignore you. Call them up and you're met with attitude as if you're wasting their time.
They will hold your money, ignore your attempts to get it back and laugh when you want a complaint raised.
This company is a disgrace and the reviews are a great reflection on the service you receive.

No hot water no heating, don't care just keep saying parts are on ordered, left lots of families with no hot water or heating over the Christmas holidays, merry Christmas RMG hope you have a lovely Christmas in your warm houses 😡😡😡, this does not even deserve a star

Funny how every review that I can see is 1 star. If I could, I would not give them any. This shower is nothing short of abysmal robbers. I can't remember signing a contract with them and they charge us all different amounts for doing naff-all. They don't want to help and they are the rudest bunch ever. They can't give an exact itemisation when it comes to billing and the lies they spin is plausible. I have been told that so and so was out maintaining such and such which is crap as nobody ever turned up. One of the neighbours had to go around the estate taking out the weeds despite a number of us contacting RMG about this. Another resident has had to empty the bin in the play park and take the rubbish to her own bin for disposal. Their contractors have killed as many shrubs by speaking them with something and there is loose bricks and jaggy edges around the wall at the play park. How this lot get away with all of this is beyond me and shame on Taylor Wimpey for dealing with them. Absolutely shocking and let's see how long RMG get away with all of their antics. I have today contacted Trading Standards. I am happy to pay for a service that is being delivered and correctly charged but I will not pay for shoddy and work that is made up and never happens!
