We pre-booked and pre-paid for a return journey several weeks in advance. They were absolutely great initially - so nice and helpful. The issue was with the driver on the return journey. We had booked for an 11.30pm pick up and the driver turned up at 11pm. I explained to the driver he was half hour early so could he give me 10mins to get the kids together and say goodbye to the bride and groom. He said no, he had another job at 12 so we had to go now. I ran around getting everyone together in a panic and barely said goodbye to the bridge and groom. We were in the middle of nowhere so would have been totally stuck and the taxi driver knew this. When we got back to where we were staying we realised my husband had left his phone in the car. We tracked the phone to see where it was and the driver had dropped us off then drove a few miles away and stopped so it looks like there wasn’t another job, he just wanted to get home early! Despite us agreeing the booking and paying for the agreed service he spoiled our day at last minute for no reason. So disappointing!

We had the most amazing taxi driver, our ferry was late so we missed the bus. The ferry company called these guys and she managed to catch the bus up! She was also super friendly, and an excellent driver too, can’t recommend highly enough!

My family ended up needing a private hire with short notice last Sunday when our car broke down without warning. I spoke with Irene who was incredibly helpful and gave us options so we could plan our 150 mile journey home. She picked us up from our remote accomodation when she said she would be there in her very spacious and clean car. We were able to put our child seat and baggage easily in the car and she took us to Balloch so we could get home easily. The fare was agreed beforehand and it was very reasonably priced. She was very easy to talk to during the journey and she really put us at ease given the circumstances of having our car out of action. I would highly recommend her services.
