Disappointing service. Been trying to catch a bus home to Stranraer from Ayr for a growth scan since 7:15pm last night. I had to travel back and forth between my mums house and the bus station 3 times at 8 months pregnant only to be let down all 3 times and not get a bus until 10 to 1pm the next day. I do a general Google search and show up at the station for the next bus it shows, I get there and it apparently doesn't exist. The actual website is so difficult to navigate, would be much easier if it was layed out like it is on the board at the bus depot AND it gave the wrong time, I got to the depot the 2nd time after searching the website (and after my mum calling directly to enquire) and neither bus time we were provided was correct. Third attempt I arrived 10 minutes earlier than when I expected the bus to leave to see the board says the next bus is actually is 20 mins so I sat and waited 10 mins until a bus that I didn't even notice any passengers getting on shut its doors and left at the time I first expected, 10 mins earlier than the board said. I asked the staff member that waved the bus away and he looked at the board and told me it was wrong. My mum again called for me and was told the next bus was at 11:45 but after 10 mins waiting at the depot further the staff member I'd previously spoke to said it was 11:50 so I went back to my mums and then back to the station in time for 11:50 which ended up only going as far as Girvan not Stranraer as I'd been told so I had to just at the depot to wait for whichever bus came next which the board said was 1:15pm but ofc was wrong though other buses on the board seemed to be leaving on time. I sat for an hour an ended up catching a 12:50 which I would have missed had I asked the staff or the website again. Finally got home at 3pm Sun when the goal was 9pm Fri, very tiring experience. 2 stars because the heating has improved. My daughters (and my own) hands generally feel like ice after a 2 hour trip with stagecoach but that has improved the past handful of trips we've made.

After we got off the bus in Gatehouse, arriving from Dumfries, he discovered he had left his wallet in his seat.
I called the Stranraer depot, who explained they would check in with the driver and let me know.
Think his name was Bill, who called back to report the wallet had been found. Thanks to Bill, he organised with another driver the next day to hand the wallet over to me in Gatehouse.

Went on bus to Dumfries from Stranraer,I have never been so cold I was well wrapped up but so so cold no heating at all it wasent a coach it was a bone shaker like an Icebox .

Drivers brilliant, no complaint there. Port Rodie bus stop a disgrace. Someone's been sick inside it... always dirty. (I know, I use it) This takes the biscuit.... NO timetable for circa one month or more. The number of people I've helped because they hadn't a clue about bus times. 2020...

Often running late, verry poor buses on the 500 mostly old town bus for a Two hour journey to Dumfries, please bring back the x75 to Carlisle now that the travel restrictions are all lifted,

Bus to Dumfries is good only complaint is the toilet is locked and I'm diabetic it's a long journey with no toilet on board

The drivers are really rude except one man and what is it with being a teenager standing at a bus stop means u don’t want to catch the bus ,Ran to three different bus stops to finally catch it then when I said “why didn’t u stop” he starts shouting at me aggressively
