Very friendly staff and well organised, travelling for work in a HGV they were keen to keep me updated with the parking, check in and loading process. Toilets are available in the car park (50p meter on the door, however was fixed open so no cost on my visit)
Coffee onboard the isle of lewis is reasonably priced and again, staff very friendly and welcoming.

All good! Cheap foot passenger ticket about ten quid, ferry is fairly new and has decent food too. Outside area to look at the grey morose sea. Bit slow but hey, it's cheap and got there on time! Stornoway terminal is right in the town, Ullapool the buses to Inverness stop literally at the bottom of the gang plank!

Very good service and friendly staff. Going from Ullapool to the island was abit rough due to the waves and conditions of the sea but it was very enjoyable on the way back. The ferry is very clean.

Not much to say about the Ferry Terminal. Well organised. No real facilities in the terminal building - mainly ticket sales, toilets and seats. The town is only a short walk away though with a few coffee shops and cafes, which do take aways and lovely cakes to help ease the waiting time :). Just cross the road opposite the statue of the lady with the basket. Ferry is actually very nice. Very clean, even the car decks. Food is good (although obviously a bit pricey). Staff friendly and helpful.

Cal-Mac is a great ferry service. The only critique is that they don’t have left luggage in Stornoway whereas Northlink serving the northern islands do.
