For some reason you cant phone them, unless its between 14.00 & 17.00.....not ideal........i have tried on numerous occasions to phone at these times and haven't been able to get through.
Apparently email is the best they can do, which isnt really ideal for people on benefits who can only afford limited data........so phoning is my only real option.

Kind of ironic it called a gateway..... quite the opposite im finding
