Woody’s Express is a fantastic delivery service for the Outer Hebrides. They’re always reliable, with parcels arriving on time and in great condition. Their customer service is easy to deal with, and any questions or issues are quickly sorted. They go the extra mile.

The local delivery drivers really make a difference – they’re friendly, helpful, and always handle deliveries with care. It’s great to have a service you can count on, and Woody’s Express does just that. Highly recommended!

Great Service
Have a great team of drivers who always in my opinion are courteous and willing to help accommodate even when the weather is against them. The office staff are friendly in conversing the best options for either delivery or sending packages away. They are credit to the Island.

Had to send something very urgent and Woody's arranged the courier for me. Item delivered abroad within 2 days! Service wasn't cheap but worth every penny, can only highly recommend!

Amazing service - and at incredibly reasonable prices.
If you need to send anything to or from the Western Isles this company will do the honours. 150kg pallet door-to-door Glasgow to Ness HS2 for less than £80 or 140kg from England to drop off within 3 days - superb. how they do it is beyond me.
Staff are all very helpful too.
I have no connection to this company other than as a satisfied customer.

Lost parcel but marked it as delivered. Never responded to emails and messages left and when called never returned calls until I called AGAIN yesterday. A month on and they simply said they cannot find it and to contact the supplier of the package and tell them it was not delivered to get a refund.

Never had a bad thing happen with these guys. Their process are brilliant value, everything gets where its sent quickly and drivers are always cheerful! I sent a 9.5kg parcel from Outer Hebrides to my daughter & grand kids in Birmingham on Monday; I was warned it might not be as fast as usual as the weather was stopping the ferry but got a message from her today saying it had been ' delivered by a lovely lady '.Cost £11. That's only just over a £ per kilo, brilliant.
