Absolutely Shocking! My parcel arrived 5 days late, despite being out for delivery each of the past 4 days. It just hasn't showed up, even though on the tracking map. Drivers just seem to stop. I've tried calling the depot numerous times, but they take the phone off the hook, and never had a reply to any email I sent. When I did manage to speak to their head office, even they couldn't get through to the depot. A shambles of a company, the worst courier I've ever dealt with and I won't be ordering from anywhere that uses these cowboys! AVOID!!!

Don't pay employees for the work they do. Worked extra hours on a weekend and still not been paid for it. I have witnessed 1st hand them pulling the phone lines out and also ignoring calls. Some of the lies that are spouted to customers about deliveries are downright embarrassing. Employees are spoken to like they are worthless. Parcels get lost due to the non existent structure in the depot. It's a total riot. And the state of the vans that are provided for the drivers are ridiculous. Total death traps. 1 for trading standards

Absolute amazing service from these guys could not fault them. After a parcel was sent late they went above and beyond to ensure it was received early to avoid making a 6 year old disappointed on his birthday, could not be any more helpful. If I could give 10/10 I would. Credit definitely due

I am compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience with this delivery service. My entire day's schedule was upended due to their lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite explicit promises of a timely delivery, they completely failed to deliver my package or provide any accurate updates. I cancelled important plans in anticipation of the delivery, only to be met with silence and inaction. The entire day was lost waiting for a parcel that never arrived. Attempts to contact the depot were fruitless, with calls going unanswered, adding to an already stressful situation. This wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it was a complete disregard for customer time and commitments. The service demonstrated a troubling lack of reliability, communication, and basic respect for customers. It’s beyond frustrating and utterly unacceptable. Such a level of service is not just disappointing; it's appalling and deserves to be called out. Strongly advise others to consider alternative delivery services if looking for reliability and respect for your time.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered thursday the man went to the wrong house so had to then rearrange for the Friday never came on the friday got my parents to pick it up at the depot today terribly run, guys smoking weed outside the depot and the office was a mess. While they were trying to find my parcel they were throwing parcel around looking for mine terribly run dont usually write a review but this company shouldnt be run absolute shambles of a company. Don't answer phones either!

I have been waiting on a parcel since Monday only to be txt today saying they tried to deliver it WRONG! I have wasted 3 whole days now waiting, DO NOT USE this delivery service as its appalling. Noone answers phone or email. Terrible company, avoid at all cost.

I have been waiting on a delivery since last Thursday it has not yet arrived after numerous phone calls between the local depot and head office. They will now not answer the phone, next step is to go to the depot and pick up my parcel. Isn’t that why we have couriers to save us doing things like this!

Worst service out there avoid like the plague. Don’t know if this is just the Irvine depot or it’s a nationwide issue.

Text message saying out for delivery Friday 2 hour time slot given. Doesn’t show up. They dont answer the phone either. Yesterday I finally get through on phone and get told it will be delivered early afternoon. Here we are this morning still no parcel and they do t answer the phones again.

Avoid this company they are absolutely useless.
