Avoid this company they have no respect for disabled! I just had one of their vans park in my disabled bay which i need 24/7 access as I am very ill and need urgent access at any given time. The van SN22 BVU parked right up behind ma wheelchair accessible vehicle obstructing me access and my wife went out to tell them to park else where as you can't be in there blocking us access with no blue badge. We got the usual we are only going to be 2 minutes. STILL SHOULDNT BE PARKED THERE! We told them this and got met with abuse from the man saying call police then and telling us to get a life. His female then gives me the finger as she sees me shouting in the flat and I gave her finger back and she was laughing and mocking us. These ignorant idiots don't understand how ill I am or how important it is that we need the space clear. Instead of being selfish and then abusive to disabled people maybe try having compassion and understanding. Could have parked infront of our car but no they dinae want to walk the length of themselves. I then call up the company to complain and they say its got nothing to do with us. It's YOUR company so take responsibility for your rude and inconsiderate abusive drivers! He refused to take responsibility so I hung up on him for him to leave me a voicemail being rude to me. Shocking behaviour!

Used a container for 11 months at a rate of £70 a month to store my living room furniture, couches, bed, clothing & books. Upon emptying the container it was apparent that the container isn’t ‘clean’ as advised as there was some sort of salt/grit on the floor that had eaten away at my solid wood coffee table, but only the part in direct contact with the floor. Currently seeking expert advice on how to salvage. Mattress had mould on it even though it had a cover, again only on the side nearest the floor. Leather headboard covered in mould. Completely confused as to why this had happened in a ‘clean’ container I checked their website to see there were ‘ideal’ storage suggestions such as covering the floor first, or wrapping up furniture. None of this was said on arrival to collect a fob to fill the container. There was ZERO customer service prior to using the storage container, the main goal is getting money and whatever happens after ‘is not their responsibility’. Given the condition of my items, these suggestions should be ‘imperative’.
As a business it is your responsibility to provide adequate information to customers who are paying you a fee - which should also include a run down of possibilities if not stored as advised. As someone who has and still does work is customer service, I advise you to take your money elsewhere, to a reputable company who takes its customers, and their level of service seriously.
£770 to store clothes and books as my couches and bed or now in roughmute tip, and I’m now £810 down on replacements.

Having just stored my furniture with Robinsons Storage for the last 18 months, I would highly recommend them. The service I received from Alan and Jason was first class, although I didn't visit my container during the term it was stored, the furniture was in perfect condition. Also great value. Thanks again guys

Would definitely recommend this company. Clean secure containers with 24 hour access, friendly helpful staff and they also sell everything you need including packing boxes, tape and padlocks. And all at very reasonable prices.

Wouldn’t even give one star!! No communication what so ever. Shocking customer service. Will let you down last minute and then speak horrible to you. Avoid!
