I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with your delivery driver Nick, that I had to say something. We have just had a really heavy 250lb bbq delivered, and most delivery drivers would have dumped the item outside the door, but Nick went out of his way to put the bbq on his trolley and wheel it uphill around the back the back of the house which was no mean feat. He also helped my partner take the item apart and carry it down numerous steps and into the garden. He also offered to take all the packaging away, which was also a very kind gesture. It is so rare today to find such courteous and helpful individuals like Nick. He is a credit to your business, and I hope that you give him the recognition he deserves. Thank you Nick

*Business Beware*

I was with Kenley from 2019 - 2020. In my opinion, Kenley are mainly a trucking logistics company - Their pick/pack fulfilment service is the worst I have ever experienced. Firstly, they have very few staff on the fulfilment side, meaning they could only process about ten orders a day (some days they would only process five orders a day). I would send a list of 100 back orders (on average, 175 boxes) and it would take them nearly two weeks to fulfil them. I didn't know what to tell customers who had been waiting and waiting when they would receive their goods. It was painfully slow. But worst of all, they are dishonest.

I had shipments leaving in mid December and I was pushing the warehouse to process another backlog of orders because customers obviously would like them before Christmas. A month later I got an enormous bill for air freight shipments to Europe costing thousands of pounds. I assumed it was a mistake on the billing side, but it was no mistake. The warehouse had shipped out six orders to Europe via air freight without any instruction from myself to do so. 100% of our orders have always gone DPD ground unless it was a pallet shipment - NEVER air freight. When I asked Kenley to reimburse me for their mistake, they refused to accept responsibility, claiming that I had asked warehouse to get the orders there before Christmas, so they took it upon themselves to ship air freight without ever asking for confirmation.

Basically, they messed up, but didn't want to poney up the expense, so they twisted the story to make me liable. Lesley said if I didn't pay she would freeze my account. I had no choice but to cover their mistake.
