Driver drove into my vehicle dealing tens of thousands of pounds damage. 2 days later Im still waiting for Andy Kirkham who apparently deals with this thing in the company, to get back to me. I called the company twice and he has decided to go on holiday and not even let me know what they have done on their side to log the insurance claim etc... I spoke to a gentleman on the 24th October at 08:59 over the phone who confirmed with me that it is their policy to not to get back to anybody that they have hit or affected. Not even to give a courtesy call to inform that they have forwarded the details to the insurance company and then slammed the phone down in my ear even though I was perfectly calm and absolutely courteous in asking rightfully for information on their accident.

What a disgusting company and behaviour to not even have the courtesy to feed back information to people whos lives they have effected tremendously. I am now sitting without a vehicle which is affecting my ability to work.

Disappointed warehouse staff unhelpful no offer of assistance when loading onto there loading bays,they will be collecting from me in the future !!!! One star is one to many!!

Not impressed, driving through a weight restricted area past a Primary school at leaving time. Have the drivers got no morals?
DE11 Occupation Road is not an industrial area, the driver has no excuses.

0 Star review. Delivery driver reversed into a customers vehicle causing £1000 of damage. Now are refusing the pay the full amount and will not accept liability. Kevin the MD was unhelpful in this matter and suggested that private property means they have no liability. Dissapointing from an "established and experienced" company. Very rouge like behaviour.
