Shocking customer service. Parcel not delivered on the first date it was schedule for, then on second date then advised they could not find the address. I then was advised that I could come collect the parcel directly from the depot - so I made the journey to the Motherwell depot to hopefully collect my parcel only then to be told that my parcel had not been handed in and was still in a van that has over 700 parcels in front of it so unable to get it. Absolutely shocking that they advised me to travel to the depot to collect only to be told they can’t provide it.

We get a weekly shipment from our Suppliers in Glasgow to our office in Edinburgh - It's time sensitive so we ask for a Friday AM delivery. more often than not the package doesn't make the AM slot and frequently turns up the following Monday. packages have ended up in Birmingham, or Preston rather than the fairly easy route along the M8 Corridor. This Friday (again) was a no show. Staff brought in to deal with the delivery are sat around... It's rescheduled to AM Monday - its now 14:43 and still its a no show! We asked our supplier to contact their rep who just said 'oh we're a bit busy you should get it today'. "Should" doesn't fill us with confidence TBH - UPS were after our business a few months ago - no chance. I wouldn't trust them to deliver kittens in a bucket.

In 2025 and a ‘premium carrier’ who can’t give a specific delivery time window. Unfortunately that went out with Fred Flinstone in parcel terms.

Unable to send a parcel to Austria through the app so had to go to the distribution center in Newhouse. Excellent service from the staff, very helpful and patient as it took 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork. Staff, superb, process = horrendous. I used to send parcels in the 80s by TNT and it was easy. Terrible customer process, I would try to never use it again. Once again the staff were excellent 👍💯

Onsite depo staff very helpful but thats all unfortunately. Not once in 10 years have they ever delivered to me on the scheduled day or within the time they give on the tracking. Drivers not helpful and don't seem bothered or interested in helping customers and their main phone line that I have had to call many times give a very poor customer experiance, each operative you speak to gives a diffrent update on where the parcel is and don't seem to even know if it's on a van or in a depo. Furthermore when you speak to their manager they are rude and disrespectful and do not help, this company is a perfect example of how not to treat your customers. EVRI ARE AMAZING COMPAIRED TO UPS to put things in to context as to how dreadful UPS are to deal with. Avoid.

Dreadful, rescheduled a delivery found card through letterbox no way driver knocked the door or rang bell as my dog always barks. Called and asked if i could collect , advised this would be fine would be called within the hour. No telephone call back called them several hours later to be told driver still delivering and it isn’t at depot yet, no number to call depot direct, no length of time given as to when driver will be finished what a complete waste of a day off work.

Has to be one of the worst couriers out there up with Evri!
Tracked a parcel for it to say it was at the local depot. Called up asking if it was still there I would collect it as the depot is a few mins away. Told it may be out with the driver but they will contact them and call me back. Leave my number then check the tracking an hour later to see it was requested to be collected at the depot so head up there to collect to be told it was on a lorry, tried to contact me but took my number down wrong and would have to come back after 6pm and I requested this. For a start I had requested that if the parcel was still there, not out for delivery. To top it off I return home and a parcel had been delivered by UPS for a house around the corner. So the driver was outside my house, with the parcel, delivering a parcel for someone else and drove off. Cant get a simple instruction right let alone the correct houses for delivery. Laughable!
