Absolutely great price and so convenient and easy. The carpark has automatic entry with number plate recognition. All I had to do was find a space to park, a quick minute walk to the bus stop and the shuttle bus arrived within 5 mins. No hassle or faffing around with dropping keys off, signing anything etc. Will use this from now on for any future trips and highly recommend to anyone flying from Edinburgh Airport.

This is a well organised Edinburgh airport car park with a regular shuttle bus taking passengers the 5 minute drive from the car park to the terminal. Prices are reasonable and I have used it many times over the years.
One of the main selling points of this car park was that having mobility issues, the shuttle bus dropped people off right at the terminal entrance. Now however this is not the case and the drop off is at stance 10 at the terminal's bus park. This leaves a significant walk for anyone with any form disability. There were no wheelchairs at the bus stop to make matters worse and it would seem that the bus stop is outwith the range of the airports passenger assist team. Whilst, I suspect, the change of drop off is down to the airport rather than the car park operator, it is something that potential customers should be aware off. Also note that the airport, ever looking for ways of extorting more money from travelers, now charges £2 for a luggage trolley. This means there are far fewer trolleys lying at bus stops which means that arriving at stance 10 without a wheelchair or a trolley you could find yourself rather stuck.

Easy booking, seamless entry into car park with ANPR system and polite and friendly reception staff. Quick and regular buses to airport and same on way back. Reasonable, competitive pricing. Overall, friendly, professional, reliable and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Easy to use service. On arrival there were lots of spaces to choose from. Numerous bus stops around the car park. Just need to remember the stop number you park near!
The bus service was quick, plenty seats/storage and the driver was friendly. We waited less than 5 minutes on both arrival and departure for the bus which was great.
All information needed was in the booking email so I could refer back to it.
No tickets needed as all done by ANPR.
Great service, would use again.

Fantastic site. Bus promptly took us to the terminal. Driver was very helpful . Bus was there at designated stop awaiting passengers from our return flight . Back to the car in five minutes and off home. Number recognition so no need for any tickets . Keep your own car keys too. Would definitely use this very reasonable park again

We have been using Secure Airparks for many years and would highly recommend them. We parked from 6 February to 9 February this year and my only criticism would be that they have now moved the bus stop from directly outside the airport terminal to stance No 10 much further away than it used to be. However I would still continue to use this company despite the change in bus stop as they have always been reliable and there are numerous pick up points throughout the car park.

Never used this company before, until the past weekend, and would have to say that I will definitely be using them again. Very close to the airport, (about a 2 minute drive), polite and informative drivers, and regular bus service.
They are investing in the car park as there is a fair bit of maintenance and repair work ongoing. This was clearly and fully explained by the driver who dropped us off after returning. He wasn't able to get round to all the bus stops (I think this was only a temporary thing as it was late at night). As such he offered to, and did drop various folk off at points away from bus stops if it was easier and closer to their cars.
Lets be truthful, after a late/long flight, everyone just wants to get home as quickly as possible and this service provided a means to that all for the price less than a taxi ride home.

Have been using Secure Airpark for many years and they used to be excellent. But since they have introduced their drop and go service the self parking option (cheaper) seems to be always sold out. Since I do not want to leave my car keys, unfortunately I no longer use them. Sad times.
