It is advisable to avoid engaging with this company due to their apparent unwillingness to compensate their subcontractors fairly. Despite booking me for a job well in advance, they cancelled the assignment a mere 12 hours before it was scheduled to commence at the close of the business day. Moreover, they refused to pay the agreed-upon cancellation fee. We attempted to communicate the financial loss incurred by our team due to the short notice, which left us unable to secure alternative work. However, our concerns were disregarded. This behaviour demonstrates a highly unprofessional approach to subcontractor relations.

This is the worst company I have ever spoken to. Their customer service is deplorable and rude, and I will advise the clients using their service to watch out before they get trapped. They can not talk to customers on the phone nicely, and I don’t understand why they are doing service jobs when they can not speak to clients politely. I hope they change their behaviour.
