Attempted to use twice both times let down! Booked taxi 3 days in advance so wouldn't be hanging around at 1am. 2 calls to company and 45 minutes later they still hadn't dispatched taxi. Feel you shouldn't take booking if you can't fulfill it.
Another time I called an hour in advance to book to catch train to work, again failed to turn up by time train was leaving.... frustrating

Booked 2 taxis for us to attend concert. 24 hours in advance. One to take us one to pick us up again. Both confirmed through the app and text.
The pick up one was cancelled within 45 mins of us due to leave. No reason given.only through the app as well. No courtesy call. No text. Lucky i seen the notification! Shocking company to deal with. No apology offered.

Pre booked on the app well in advance. Waited and no driver despite three other taxis with companies logo picking others up at the event, called and was fobbed off then they cancelled the booking on the app after an hour of waiting stay clear of this cowboy firm absolute joke of a taxi company if you can’t honour a pre booked taxi why offer the service. People that answer the phone are a disgrace.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Yesterday afternoon I pre booked a taxi for 1.10am to pick up me and 2 friends. At 1.15 I called to see where the taxi was and was told my pre booking was not guaranteed and she didn't know or couldn't tell me when my taxi would arrive ! How do they not understand what pre booked means? I was absolutely livid . Apparently I can call tomorrow to complain to the manager.

Booked a taxi for 00:15 and it arrived at 00:45 and picked up the wrong person. When I phoned to complain they said I'd have to wait another 15 minutes. It was the same car and the same taxi driver so I mentioned it to him and he kept saying it was my fault for not coming over when Infact I had came over and he looked at me and drove off. He then deliberately went the wrong way and tried to charge me £15 for it and when I informed him I wasn't willing to pay more than £10 due to the hour delay and him going the wrong way he aggressively slammed on the brakes and started yelling at me. When he refused to take it I got up and walked out of the cab as I didn't feel safe in the cab. When I stepped outside I then offered him the £10 again and he kept yelling saying I owe him £15 and he wasn't leaving until I gave him it so I kept walking. He then started yelling obscenities in the street (bare in mind it was around 01:15). After confronting a family member outside the address he eventually backed down and took the £10 but continued to mouth off about me saying it was my fault that he picked up the wrong person and that I should have paid the full fare, "I'm a nice guy" etc. Aye alright then. AVOID.

Called to book a taxi to Livingston North was asked Bathgate or Edinburgh thinking the guy didn’t hear me say Livingston North h I repeated myself to be rudely asked what side ? ah ok if only you had said what side in the first place I could have answers correctly however he dudnt like being told to calm down when his manner changed and put the phone down on me.......... you clearly don’t need business cause when I called back you hung up. No customer service skills what so ever no business from again, plenty other taxi companies happy to take my business.

Booked taxis five hours in advance. 90 minutes late and still waiting for them. Useless company. Its 2am in the morning and I am stuck.

Awful company left us waiting over hour

Lied to us constantly our taxi would be 5 mins then 10 mins then he's just round the corner

Then he told us the driver was stuck in traffic at half 12 at night from dedridge to murieston did not care

Take bookings and just lie to people arrogant and horrible would not recommend you really need to employ better staff and no special people who are liars
