Most drivers are okay, one of the receptionist has banned my family because one of their drivers has a fender bender my a family member in the car, receptionist was nasty and rude. Use a nicer company now!!

Taxi didn't turn up to take me to the airport and didnt answer phone. Last time I used them they sent someone else but didn't tell me. The time before they picked me up an hour late.

Got a taxi today from sandylands to the train station. Taxi driver was very rude calling me stupid because of my choice of trains home and he knew better there was no train from kilwinning to edinburgh. Told me on more than one occasion i was wrong and stupid. Not very plesent driver at all. I did take a picturenif the sighn saying edinburgh to post or email with s complaint but cant find an email address.

My daughter phoned yesterday to be picked up leaves her surname that is Italian, so cannot really get confused, when the taxi arrives she asks if is his and they say no she waits, phones them back, they say that was her taxi, and he just gave a wrong name to the driver, and that no more taxi are available, so they let my 17 years old daughter stranded in the middle of nowhere because they are very unprofessional so much for the security of our children
WILL NOT USING THEM EVER AGAIN and I suggest you do the same
