Rating should be Zero!
Sat L & D breast screening waiting for pick up, requiring wheelchair for over ,3 hours. Staff having to wait with me a ivfe ow had to get a friend to go & sit with 95 year mother while sister comes to pick up with my wheeled stroller.
No answer on the telephones from any of the nets. Disgusting service. Not impressed.

They are very unprofessional. They purposely make dangerous decisions to put peoples lives at risk. They don't care about helping people who genuinely need help. Call themselves an ambulance service. In reality they are a joke.
