This was without a doubt the best customer experience I have ever received at a car dealership . From the moment I stepped into the Paragon Porsche showroom, to be met by Jason Shepherd, I knew I was in the right place.
He was engaging, his knowledge of the brand was exceptional & he made a great cup of coffee. This was my first ever Porsche purchase & Jason’’s guidance & expertise made this very exciting process run exceptionally smoothly. After a test drive in a 911 GTS the deal was sealed. Throughout the past couple of weeks Jason has keep me fully informed at all stages of the process, the levels of service are incomparable to anything else I have seen across the motor trade. On the day of collection the car looked exceptional, like it had just rolled out of the factory line , despite being several years old.
In addition they very kindly presented an amazing bouquet of flowers for my wife, another very nice touch.

Had to sell my 991.1 targa 4 GTS as I am leaving the UK, otherwise I would have kept the car until I die. Had approached Paragon and Jamie got in touch with me instantly. From the first contact until he drove away with the car, the communication was very professional, cooperative, polite and respectful. Never felt at any point that they wanted to get the best bargain. Did a full inspection of my car on the spot and the price we finally agreed was the price he initially indicated following the pictures and the conversations. A very satisfying experience. Paragon really are at the top of the tree. I had looked at quite a few air cooled 911s elsewhere and came away mostly disappointed. Lots of promises, but always obvious problems with condition and preparation. On viewing the 993 at Paragon, I knew it was the right car. I was given lots of time on various occasions, to inspect the car and sit and read the history file, without disturbance. Any questions I had were answered by Jason honestly and fully. The depth of knowledge is unsurpassed.
Once I had decided to buy the car (not a difficult decision) any tiny items that I asked to be looked at were dealt with and many others that I hadn’t even noticed, and I’m pretty picky. The final level preparation was astonishing. A full sheet of works completed was provided and was above and beyond even my high expectation. The car was ready on the promised day and having now done around 300 miles, can confirm that it’s exceptional. I cannot recommend Paragon enough. Go and see their stock, you won’t be disappointed.

I am 48 years of age and have bought many cars in my years of driving, but Paragon offer a service that eliminates any anxiety or apprehension in relation to a used Porsche purchase. Jay and the team gave me a tour of the workshop, an in-depth overview of how they select used cars, the level of provenance in the vehicles history and condition. I have never in my 31 years of driving, received such an individual experience, they collected me from my hotel, which was quite a distance and spent considerable time going through the vehicle, it’s functions and capabilities. Paragon offer a comprehensive warranty with options to extend, which is at the very least comparable to what a new car manufacturer would or could offer.
