You book shipping with one of the biggest shipping companies like this one, and what happens after 3 weeks of waiting? I buy hood ornaments/car mascots at auctions…this lot had three ornaments, all made from unbreakable metal: one ornament was about 6 to 7 inches, and two other ones were maybe 2 inches big…so I received my package a couple of days ago and inside is only ONE mascot…I was speechless, confused, and mad because I paid for all three mascots to be shipped, not only one…The only thing they told me was, “We wrote you in the email and said it’s only one mascot,” BUT WHY?… Why only one… that’s it what I don’t get it….I deal with a minimum of 15 auctions and shipping companies day in and day out…365 days…for 20 years now…I NEVER had this happened to me…The best part comms…after a couple of emails exchanged with the director/manager, I was waiting for some kind of solution or explanation of at least why they did what they did…Answer: they just ignored me and NEVER answered my email!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
