Macspeedy's definitely has to top off the list as the WORST freight company ever. I ordered a parcel from the US last year in August. When I called to ask when it would be arriving in the country I was told there was no record of my parcel. I called a few days later and the parcel had appeared, 2 weeks later the parcel had disappeared again. I mean how on earth could you not have seen something weighing 8kgs? I provided all my information including tracking number but you could not help. I think legal action needs to be taken against you. Money does not fall from trees, be more responsible with people's parcels and professional to say the least. Very pathetic service! Would definitely not recommend to anyone unless you want to be sorry.
