Woman in the post office had a very rude sarcastic attitude. I had asked for the receipts to be printed from some orders that I had paid for, something I do very regularly at home and that no other post office I've ever been to has ever had a problem with and she noticed my accent and that I was from Birmingham and sarcastically said "nobody in our community asks us to do this" which she repeated several times, she then went on to say "we have a good community around here and they respect and support us" I was not aware asking her to do something within her job role was disrespectful. Would definitely not return, would also suggest some courses in customer service.

By far this is the friendliest Postmaster ever ! I had a click and drop parcel to submit and also wanted to renew my driving licence. The gentleman took a great deal of care to ensure the photo was acceptable and was cheery and efficient throughout. Such a ray of sunshine and much appreciated ☺️

Wonderful staff. Raj is very friendly and kind. Most importantly very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to welcome everyone to the post office. All the staff and especially raj will make you feel comfortable and is extremely helpful.

After using many post offices this is the best one by far.

Went in this morning to renew my driving licence and register a motor bike as Historic as it wouldn't let do them online 10 minutes later all done ... Such friendly, professional service.

My Mother wanted to post something to my address where I live in Spain. She paid extra for tracking and secure post as the ítem was very important. Woman behind the counter was very vague when my Mother asked how long it would take to arrive. She didn't know but maybe three to five days blah blah.
This was the first incidence of incompetence. Now after five days here in Spain waiting for arrival, Spanish post office (extremely efficient by the way) have apologised to me and told me the letter is being held up by customs in Spain and I may have to pay to receive it (oh thank you again to all you Brexiteers).
My question: why are people not aware or trained in the Post Office to deal with the fall out from Brexit? Why didn't the woman in the post office warn my Mother, or ask her to pay customs duty on it in England? Is this not a basic requirement when rules change so significantly when shipping to the EU?
I am FURIOUS at the sheer ignorance and incompetence of the post office. This is not the first time this has happened to me. If people voted to leave the EU whatever, but get your house (U.K ) in order as it us living in the EU who more often than not have to bear the brunt of this farce!

The staff here messed up the photo capture for my driver's licence renewal. The photo was taken too far away from the camera. Background was unacceptable to DVLA. I had to resubmit my renewal by post. The tablet devices aren't fit for purpose.
