Just received my black polo neck jumper. Perfect. Fit, length and sleeve length exactly right. I think this must be my 6th purchase since I found you in a write up in a magazine. Thankyou. x

The jumper had a hole in the sleeve. I emailed the Nearly New Cashmere Co straight away, including the picture of the fault. Was informed that I should use their prepaid return label and send back the item “so that we can carefully inspect it”. So I replied that I have already inspected it upon arrival and that it had a hole - please see the photo provided, etc. The customer service women then replied that they will still need to inspect it “because they customers fib about things in order to get free returns.” Okay then.
I sent back the offending garment. Two days later, NNC informs me that “upon careful inspection, we did not find anything wrong with the garment and will therefore take the cost of return postage out of your refund.”

Dishonest, parochial and throughly unpleasant to deal with, Nearly New Cashmere Co has turned out to be the biggest eek of the year by far.

Just home from a visit to the shop to buy a sweater. I was served by one of the young women who I’ve seen on social media. She could not have been more helpful. She found me a variety of sweaters to try on and I was able to take all the time I needed to make a decision. I am really pleased with my purchases ( I went on to buy wrist warmers ). All the cashmere is super soft and of the highest quality with a great range of styles and colours. A lovely shopping experience, thank you so much. Highly recommended!

I want to be totally honest when I received my parcel I could not wait to open it.
The quantity of the cashmere is awesome. If you want a beautiful sweater or cardigan do not hesitate to try this company. Fantastic videos of after care too.

I can't believe how well my beloved 35+ year old jumper was fixed up. The elbows were totally worn through; they managed to patch the exact shade of red with what looks like felted cashmere so not only is it more robust in the elbows, but with red stitching it's nearly invisible! I thought I was doomed to black leather elbow pads like some college professor. They also put a couple of stitches under the armpits where the seam had started to go. It also came back looking lovely after being washed - thank you very much!
