It is impossible to deal with this company in Canada, they never reply to emails. and their Canadian phone number does not even ring, it just gives a busy message.

My account manager left this company behind (no wonder) and they did not assign me another one, so I cannot not even get in contact with a real person to help me.

Addendum: Once I managed to get in touch with the customer support team they address my problems very quickly and personally. I have adjusted my rating accordingly as the customer service has been top quality ever since.
