This is worse logistic company in my trading experience.
-Firstly, they are lying;
-Secondly, they missed delivery 3 times within 4 days. How? I will tell you how, - they are lazy to do anything; for them to mark “failed delivery” is the best option with none reason why. Then u need spend lot of time, been stressed because u cant finish your work on time which delay other clients and your pocket also!
Be ready to spend your money by collecting your goods yourself, other ways you may wait ages!

Vanessa at Ketra is a credit to the company, she has assisted me so much over the past few months, always replying to emails promtly, and over the past couple of days helped me with two European deliveries, which she sorted immediately, so thank you so much, I would recommend Ketra to anyone who requires haulage. 🙂

Very poor standard of driving, 2 dekers racing around the m25 , 1 shot from lane 1 into lane 3 to overtake a slightly slower truck until he got too the bank by jct26 and went to 65/70 mph dangerous as hell.

Avoid at all costs, as I cant reply I did call Your company and was assured that it was being dealt with but obviously not.

I ordered a double wardrobe from B and Q and they used this company for delivery. I didn't know they would leave a whole pallet of massively heavy boxes on the pavement outside. I live on the 6th floor of a new appartment block. I was close to tears and the driver refused to load it back onto the lorry after he unloaded it.

Ahhh do I have to give them one star😡. Unprofessional, rude, communication 0 . They left huge, havy parcel in front of building on pavement on rainy day. I was alone with baby in flat. Not even being decent and wait for me to come downstairs. Very stressful day holding baby and waiting in front of building ( being scared that someone can take that expensive bathroom furniture, and waiting for my husband to come home to take that inside. Shame of you and your service
