I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dean and Glenn who assisted me yesterday and this morning

A large delivery turned up to my office, which was meant to go to site. I spoke to Glenn who then put me in touch with Dean who very kindly sorted out the error and arranged for the pallet to go to site this morning.

Thanks to their professionalism and excellent customer service they got me out of a real mess!

Massive thanks to the driver Tony, who called me when I wasn't in, when I explained that I was 25 mins away, he said he had a couple of other jobs locally, but that he would come back and he did!! At one of the busiest times of the year (December!) I know how busy he was, so I just wanted to say thank you and what a professional approach, that is often missing these days!
