Two days in a row I’ve tried to go and get some chips and twice they have had the doors shut while taking uber orders even though they are supposed to be open. The staff were being rude refusing to even look at me to find out what’s happening. Gave up and ordered through uber and they were greasy and horrible. Save you’re money

Thought I’d get a cheap dinner, 2 large chips and 2 large curry sauce, £11.60!!!. Not even joking I had to ask if the curry sauce they gave me was actually a large!! It was about 3 tablespoons worth. Suppose they need to recoup some money following their new refurb. Won’t be ordering from here again.

By far the worst fish and chips I’ve had for quite awhile I ordered rock and chips tonight but was told there was no rock available I thought it was a fish and chip shop anyway the fish was just a mess full of grease just inedible will not be going back here anytime soon.ps this mess cost me over 12 pounds.

Had a takeaway so cannot really comment on atmosphere but the battered haddock, chips and sausages was monumental!! 10/10

Ordered food and ended up putting it in the bin, kebab was heated up in the microwave, saveloys was as hard as a nail kids wouldn't eat them after 1 bite. The curry sauce tasted like pure salt, even see them warming up half a chicken in the microwave. Wouldn't recommend it all. Think they need to look at what they are doing, someone going end up ill from there.

Sorry to say we didn't enjoy the chips from neptunes. Soggy, oily and cold chips so put us off eating the rest of our meal. Clearly cheap potatoes are used and could tell the difference... come on neptunes quality is lacking.
