I have had 2 parcels go missing from this post office less then 2 weeks apart. This is something I have never experienced at any other post office. Will not use this one any more.

The fella behind the till is fine, friendly and talkative. However, the lady behind the counter is awful, no smile, no hello, looks disinterested, a very bad look for the post office brand.

Purchased 2 large 1st class stamps. Stuck them on the envelopes and handed the envelopes to the person behind the counter. I questioned the authenticity of the stamps as the looked counterfeit. 1 week later and the envelopes have still not been delivered. Very suspicious.

Been there twice to return parcels. Lady at counter where you can send parcels off for returns very standoffish. No hello or even a smile. If you dislike your job so much, leave? More customer service training definitely required.
