Ive been here few times and had the same kind of attitude no manners i wouldnt send my kids here ,,this people need to know with not being a respected shop keeper should understand with out costumer they wouldnt bee there il only use this place if evry other post office is closed ,

Had the worst experience in this post today absolutely shocking and disgusting attitude from the man working via the till he hasn’t got no personality at all and no customer service skills at all. He definitely shouldn’t be working with customer or the general public. I went in there to top up my Oyster card and as I started getting change out of my purse he said that he hasn’t got room for change and don’t want no more and asked if I can pay by card. I then said I don’t want to pay by card and want to pay with Legal tender 2 pound coins and some diver change to make it up to 3 pounds I wouldn’t mind if it was coppers. He then said his boss had told him to say that !! Also ge was very rude and I never felt so embarrassed I then said are you refusing my money he then said he take my change this time but next time I should bring a card. I then said he was rude actually quite upset by his attitude and basically refusing my money. I then took my money back and left. It’s a post office he should be able to take any forms of money have been there a few times and every time I been in there been spoken down to by him and his wife they should not definitely be working there horrible people

this is horrible thing start happeneing in this post office until new management taken over-
I am dropping PARCEL FORCE parcels for last 3 years in this post office--- never had any issues---but the new guy when see i have PRE PAID label which he only make 20p in scanning and will take space in his post office he REFUSED TO ACCEPT AND SAY PARCEL FORCE driver will not come this week---IS IT A POST OFFICE OR A JOKE--BUT WHEN YOU GO AND PAY FOR LABEL OVER THE COUNTER THEN HE DONT TELL YOU THAT PARCEL FORCE DRIVER WILL NOT COME THIS WEEK---GREEDY

EVEN when i go and when manager/ owner is there he always accept my PRE PAID parcels and never create any issues--

its so annoying you go all the way to post office---and guy in post office said " PARCEL FORCE DRIVER WILL NOT COME THIS WHOLE WEEK"---I WILL COMPLAIN TO PARCEL FORCE AS WELL THATS WHAT HAPPENEING TO THEIR PRE PAID PARCELS --NO POST OFFICE CAN REFUSE THESE --WHICH I COME ACROSS FIRST TIME EVER---

Bad service, no smile, no manners and not sure if they even understood what I said. I went in to send a parcel and deposit money. I did half the work myself on the parcel. She gave me the 2 label to stick on for signed for and then asked me to leave it outside under the counter. I asked is it safe and she told me not to teach her what to do. That parcel is now missing and I have to claim it. Secondly I want to deposit £105 pounds(£100 in notes and 5 single pounds coins. She said she will not do it as I can’t deposit coins. I showed her on the post office web site it says you can deposit £1 and £2 coins non bagged if under the value of £20. The man then started argue with me and can round outside the counter to confront me. Clearly they have not been taught costumer service. They are Ill mannered and post office need to have a word with this branch.
