Really lovely lady behind the counter who took my 4 Amazon parcel returns without complaint. She had a smile on her face and it was a very pleasant experience. All the other shops I had been to either told me their amazon machine was broken (not even sure there is such a thing as an Amazon machine) or said they were too busy and told me to go to the post office. This is why we need to protect our post offices as they are still focussed on good customer service and don’t turn people away when the work is a little difficult. Thank you very much!

I really wish I could give zero stars , came in today to exchange pounds to euros and the Indian guy serving me told me the wrong information and gave me a lower exchange rate then told me afterwards I could of got more money from the online website. I politely asked for a refund and the post office master was very rude and told me no refunds go away. I won’t ever be coming here again. This is not a good way to treat customers.I was also charged extra and he didn’t even care.

I use this post office at times and the service is normally good.
But a few days ago I was served by a Indian lady short hair who’s counter is at the back. She was VERY VERY RUDE WITH A SERIOUS ATTITUDE! She really needs to learn how to treat and talk to customers politely. Horrible lady!
The post master will loose customers if this horrible lady continues to work there. 0 star!

went to this place to get a couple of things done, all i can say is absolutely disgusted with the service provided. The man i think his the manager he has 0 customer service skills, and is very rude.
the lady with short hair is no good either keeps on sending everyone to the front. She doesn’t want to serve anyone. I would rather go to another post office than come here again! 0 star if i could!

My usual post office is on Gordon Road (and the staff there is extremely rude and very irritated) but recently I've been going to this post office. The staff here are very accommodating and serve you very nicely. Owner himself is very nice. Hope they keep their service like this.

I do not normally write reviews but I am so appalled at the customer service that I have received here today that I would not like another customer to experience the same. Having waited in the que, as it was my turn a pushy customer rudely pushed in front of me - however as you can't blame the organisation for its calibre of customers I was astonished to find the cashier proceeded to have a go at me for letting him push in front of me and blamed me for her serving him as "she can't say no to any customer in front of her". Absolutely disgraceful. I wouldn't have pushed the responsibility on the staff but I certainly didn't expect to be told off for the lack of their assertiveness or firmness in controlling their customers. Won't be coming here again please be warned the staff are rude and will serve anyone in any order. Never experienced anything bad at this branch before but very disappointed that I left there with the staff trying to blame me for an unnecessary situation when I have two infant children with me. Please either learn to fairly redirect your customers to the que or refrain from telling innocent customers off. Shocking.
