The worst royal mail in england i promise you there is no exaggeration, this is my local royal mail and everytime i have a bad experience. I recently woken up to a message from one of my buyers that there parcel hasnt updated in 12 days and it says “ we are expecting it “ meaning they didnt even scan it when they took it, theyre both rude and lazy and i have to pull out £50+ from my own pocket to my customer. Its outrageous maybe royal mail should take the hint of the 2.5 stars and close this down or fire them two and hire two new people. Actually had enough of royal mail. Please if ur reading this dont come here i was hesitant to make a complain but nows the time.

The Two ladies at the front desk seems like they are running a cartel rather than customer service/admin work. They point blank refuse to take parcels exceeding even 1 mm in one particular side--despite them being accepted at other branches with ease and the parcel falling well within the royal mail's own published guidance.

Collection is free for most of the labels generated and they are also picked up without any hassle but everytime you visit this post office you are guaranteed to have issues.

On occasions where you have been in a queue well before closing time, by the time you reach the counter they will just put the sign up thst we are closed which is really a disgrace -Don't accept the queue in the first place or put the banner in the queue! All other business do serve people already in the queue!

If Royal mail representative is reading they should atleast spend some time in staff training or replacing them as the 2 ladies seem to be a recurring theme in most bad reviews. Just read the countless reviews posted by others for these staff members.

There is plenty of competetion out there and hiring unhelpful and rude staff like these ladies in this branch will only push the business away.

Came into the branch for documents verification. I was waiting at the queue in front of the counter both the ladies looked at each other and uttered something at this moment I had this gut feeling they will not serve me....I was told the iPad is not working and to come backtomorrow...wasted my 1 hour journey as I'm not a local residents here...

I had issues last month.
I waited around 15 minutes in the queue then when it was my turn the counter called in another lady in front of me and said manager will be serving me. So waited for the manager who then turn around sorry my colleague will serve you.

These 2 ladies behaviour is absolutely terrible.

One star is also way too much for this two "young" ladies working in this post office, always asking higher price for post by forcibly trying to sell high weighted envelopes even after the actual weight of the letter is less than 100g trying to push sales saying price changed when clearly post office website showing special delivery cost 7.95 lied continuously by asking £8.95 for the letter sized weight less than 80g, if someone doesn't know about the postage cost will get easily fooled by these ladies and constantly argues and speak in their native gujrati language even when they serving customers. Always you will see queues and one counter open, trying to earn by sitting on the chair, try working fast and hard and provide accurate information to make it worthy of the position you ladies are sitting, don't take advantage of playing women's card and misuse the opportunity of work you doing at this time of the economy. If you can't provide fair and accurate service then you should find other jobs and empty the position for someone more needful and can work fairly. #disgusting employees#awful service. Avoid going there to post or send money as keep making old people fill form every time they go there as not providing accurate information so that they can be registered to avoid filling forms every time.

Unprofessional is all I have to say. These women don't know how to speak to customers properly. The worst post office I've ever been to. The manager screams and shouts at people then walks off to the back to hide 👎 in future I'd rather drive the extra mile and go to Romford.

Chadwell Heath Post office branch... The ABSOLUT SHAME of Royal Mail branches. The two Indian ladies (and the fact that I use the term "ladies" disgusts me) at the counter are trying to SCAM CUSTOMERS right to their faces!
Every time I'm there, I know the E-X-A-C-T WEIGHT AND SIZE of my parcel and how much I should pay according to the Royal Mail website. Yet, THEY ALWAYS try to overcharge me. This is outright theft!

Their rude and unprofessional behaviour, combined with the constant overcharging, is disgraceful. Avoid this branch at all costs. Royal Mail needs to take immediate action to address this unacceptable conduct by replacing the incompetent customer service personnel !

Pitifully rude and obnoxious staff - patronising and condescending; do not use this post office as you will leave feeling like a 4th rate citizen

The two female members of older staff are simply beyond inept
