HU has shipped many shipments to me to US and to Germany. He does the best packing jobs. All of my items have been well protected during shipping and through Customs.

Below I attached some pictures of how the small vase I bought from an auction was packed. Very well protected. Germany Customs opened and packed it the same way he did. No issues at all.

He is one of the best MBE I have known to use for my auctioned items. I would highly recommend using his service to ship your items. His prices are very competitive. Many many thanks for the great service, HU.

Highly recommend this place, especially when you are using UPS.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The parcels are picked up everyday and i've had no issues with the branch. I've used them for sending countless parcels.

Parking can be quite difficult but if you are just dropping off, you can just park in front of the store and quickly drop off. I've never had any issues.

Ordered a parcel but they didn't deliver it to my house and instead delivered it ten miles away to this dump. My boyfriend went down their to pick it up and they refused to give it to him despite him having tracking number and ID. Total joke.

Thanks for the FedEx service offered. We struggled to send a parcel from various other shop where they refused to accept FedEx even the FedEx website shows as authorised shipping center. Finally this shop in Romford helped to send my parcel smoothly.

I went yesterday to pick up my UPS parcel which was delivered to them and one of them was keep saying to me that they don't have it even if I showed him that on yhe ups website says that was received by IAN. He literally didn't bother to help me and was keep saying that I dont wanna listen to hi. I went back home and I rang up UPS and the lady from theyr local depot told me that my parcel is with them after she spoke with them. Today I went again there and the same gentleman was saying to me that they categorise after the postcodes. Again, not my problem how you cotegorise them internally. Finally he managed to find it ane hand it over to me. Very rude. Avoid them like the plague

Phoned the night before to check they would be ale to send a medium fedex parcel for me. Said yes and I would be down tomorrow. Done an hour journey to get there for them to say no only large. Put the box on the table and walked off. So I said on the phone someone would help pack it and put my documents in the window envelope etc. The guy pointed at the box and said there's a box? Shrugged and went to the back of the shop with another man. I was getting abit upset because I have no clue what to do. So they are now laughing at me and talking about me to each other. So I asked is no one going to help me To which he came back... Took the box back! And then walked off. Now I'm standing with a parcel to send and just left there. Luckily the guy who I spoke to on the phone just walked in as his shift was starting. What a saviour! He was polite helpful and helped me get what I needed too done. As for the other two men there they was rude. They was unhelpful and really need to learn about customer service!

So where do I begin with this useless shop. First they messed up one of my orders, sent it to the wrong address thankfully buyer had good neighbours on his street, second thing quotes me one price £70 shipped if I pack myself and £145 packaged/shipped, got round to packaging wasting a solid 2 hours wrapping the heavy items myself to tell me its £135, anyway long story short I'd rather hire a car and drive to the destination than use this greedy company.
