Very happy with Cos Freight. From quotation to moving day was seamless. Matteo was excellent and reassuring and they moved everything into the house without any damage. We had a great experience with Cos Freight. Their sales guy Gordon was helpful and friendly, price was very competitive and our moving team were great. We were very careful about choosing our removals company because we wanted to make sure they had good insurance cover. A fantastic removal company. They took away my stress of moving. Removal was done seamless from packing, dismantling to loading and offloading and assembling at the other end. We have recently moved house (3 bed etc) from the initial quote to the actually removal, Cos Freight were outstanding. Really professional and when we had to move our completion date, they were really accommodating. The team who moved us were hard working , friendly and completely respectful of our property and belongings. Items such as TV’s and mattresses were individually wrapped for extra protection. I can highly recommend Cos Freight. They have exceptional customer service, and try their hardest to remove the stress from moving houses. Shout out to both Gordon and James and the removal team last Thursday Jan 9th.

On the 31.10.2024 I moved home on my own at 64 years. I was so anxious about the move: two other removal companies did not get back to me. My third call was to Cosfreight and I am so pleased I did. Alisha, took my initial details and followed through ( she was friendly reassuring and efficient). On the day of my move the team arrived in time, they were professional, friendly and efficient: they went over and above to make my stressful move stressless.
