Will never ever ever use this company again.
Absolute scam artists and absolute liars since day one to even saying a delivery was signed by me and sent a fake tracking photo when I wasn't even there to sign for it!!

I cancelled my order a week before on the Friday as they kept saying it was out for delivery knowing damn well they wernt in stock and delivery was going to be 10 days after. (ordered Monday and needed them for Saturday as we was moving) and they said up 10 days to receive my refund. No refund but hey! The boxes arrived 10 days later in my garden left by the driver. They said because I accepted the delivery, I'm liable to pay for the return. Had to contact the delivery company and prove everything to them. Still lying through there teeth over these boxes and won't give me my money back even after accepting the cancellation 2 times prior and obviously lying again about canceling and refunding me.

This company is an absolute sham when it comes to customer service and the hoops they jump through to consistantly lie to avoid giving you your money back.

DO NOT USE THEM. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT PACKAGING COMPANY WHO DESERVES YOUR CUSTOM. THESE DONT.

I have now contacted my credit card bank and they are now investigating the payment and recalling it.

Do everything by email, and save the proof for your banks to recall the payment !!

Awful awful company
Awful awful company.

I placed two small test orders and they arrived no problem.

26/01/21- placed large order £1389 this wood be our weekly order and potentially more.

27/01/21- order doesn’t arrive - telephone customer service and I am assured it will arrive on 28/01/21. The gentleman then wants to know how much we would spend etc etc and as a large account wanted to send a sales rep to feed mine our usage.
We receive invoice for the stock and I assume they will send the order.

28/01/21- order doesn’t arrive. Telephone again told the order has been sent and as it’s a large order may have been split or delayed.

Friday am 29/01/21- we now have run out of packaging for 1000s of order and we have not placed an order with our previous supplier obviously.
Telephone again told customers service we are waiting on our last order and the value she immediately found the order and said it has been placed but seems to be stuck in the warehouse as the courier has no record of it. Then told if the order doesn’t arrive am to ring back and the order would be replaced and sent on Monday. Monday is our busiest day and with no packaging boxes this was potentially a catastrophe.

Friday pm 29/01/21- call back provided the exact same information to a different customer service team member.
She was extremely rude and would not talk to me unless I provided the order number.
Clearly on our account there were only three orders ever placed and it was the last order which was for a very large amount and was obvious to a child.
As I was not at a computer I did not have it to hand and after considerable arguing she suddenly found the order but from the outset wanted to be as difficult as possible.
Then I asked if I could replace the order to ensure it would arrive Monday. She then told me only customer services could deal with it. (The only number on the website, I assumed was customer services).
I informed the lady that this was no urgent and needed sorting ASAP. She insisted customer service would ring me back on the same day. I asked to put in a formal complaint and again only customer services could deal with it. I waiting until the end of the day and surprisingly there was no contact.

30/01/21 -emailed rajapack accounts to inform them the goods have not arrived and to cancel the invoice and do not attempt to deliver now.

Absolutely shocking service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled an order by phone and they actually cancel it/arrange a refund. Then I ordered again and they sent me the wrong boxes and charged me for them. I then called and they refused to send me the correct ones same day even though their mistake would cost me custom. Took 40 mins on the phone to find someone who knew anything about my order. Turns out they happily took my money for boxes that they don’t even have on stock until Dec. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR BOXES!

Started off so well and would always have recommended to other business owners, but I don't know what has happened, orders are never on time anymore, certainly never within the 48 hours promised, refunds are not issued and then cancelled orders turn up 3 weeks later looking like they have been used as punch bags. A late delivery just before Christmas left us driving hours to collect packaging from another supplier and out of pocket. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a Christmas issue however we are now in the same situation again. Really disappointed and will be finding an alternative supplier.

Terrible customer service, do not use!! God forbid you need to return anything they make you pay for it then say it’s not in good condition (even though it left in perfect condition unopened), and not they’re charging me to send it back to myself. Absolute joke, not customer-centric driven business, simply profit driven.

Started of really well thanks to Aarron. Account set up was easy and prices were good. Service was spot on, everything delivered next day and everything in stock. However not sure what's going on recently, they have fallen off a cliff and now cannot be relied upon to supply packaging on time, therefore we are constantly been left without packaging supplies. Urgent action is required, they are losing control of the business.

Absolutely poor service and customer service. They make no attempt to rectify the situation and keep repeating terms and conditions like a parrot.

They do not declare on their website how much it is for returns so you assume it is free however when you call them for your 'returns authorisation code' - which is a dispatch note - they advise you will have to pay and have no idea how much it costs - this is something the customer i.e myself has to find out. When I questioned why important information like this isn't on the website (the customer service agent had to read the website whist on the phone to me because she didn't know what it said) I was told 'it does or doesn't say on here but unfortunately you have to pay and find the returns method via dpd or a service like that. There's an independent website called parcel monkey which you can get quotes from'.

When I asked can I get half my delivery back for the item that arrived late she said 'our website says we aim to get it out next day but there is no guarantee'.

I ordered two items paid £7.49 for next day delivery, one was was delivered next day, the other was delivered the day after. When the second item didn't arrive on time of course I panicked as I am a small business and needed what I ordered. It is now going to cost me £7.50 to send an item back. That's a total of £15 I've spent to get one product that arrived late.

I have no problem with paying for goods or services, however the least that can be done, especially at the back end of a pandemic when businesses are trying to be mindful of their expenditure is be completely truthful and transparent on the website. If you can afford to lose money albeit any amount then please use this company. If not, please go to a company that respects your time, service and money.
