Clearly fake five star reviews, I honestly wish google had a ZERO star review or a minus. horrendous service, I wasted two full days just waiting at home for these incompetent lot, still have not received my package. The SE15 2NW depot are absolutely useless, you better hope you don't live in London because you will not get your parcel at all let alone on time or being late on the same day at least. I started calling since 8am until 7pm and no one answers, I get put in a queue sometimes and hold forever then suddenly disconnect. I email & receive nothing back. Like seriously what sort of people are running this "business". One surely cannot be this incompetent they must be doing on it on purpose.

8 days later, I'm still waiting. On the rare occasions I was able to get through I got lame excuses, run out of time, vehicle breakdown etc. More often than not, phones go unanswered. Had to send a van from Warrington to Battersea via TransUK Peckham to collect and deliver it ourselves. Not a happy ex-customer.
