Got a email saying my product was meant to arrive 15/05 10 by 1pm but nothing arrived - got an email saying they tried calling but no one was at home - an absolute lie - I was working in the front garden- no one came and also no calling card left - plus they were closed - appalling service - don’t deserve the royal seal - I await for it to arrive on the next day… pity there is a no star I would give them that and again 13.04pm next day no sign of any delivery….how useless are they 🚮

The staff at the delivery office in Ampthill are always so friendly and helpful! There was an issue with their label printer today and they went above and beyond to help me out so I could get my parcels sent out on time. I see bad reviews here which I find unfair - if there are problems with Royal Mail in general it isn’t the fault of the staff at the delivery office… they are just doing their jobs! Such a great local service ☺️

Sadly the whole facility is let down by the complete lack of parking.
The vans fill all the customer spaces, therefore you can't park. The reduced opening hours compound this problem.

I went to Ampthill delivery office as I had a parcel that said it had been delivered and I hadn't received it, nor had my neighbour. I spoke with a lady named Wendy at the desk who was very helpful about the situation and looked into it straight away for me. She contacted the post man and the post man promptly came to my address and helped me locate the parcel. They were so helpful and I felt they went above and beyond when it would have been easy to just provide me with the customer services number and send me on my way. Very much appreciated their support and have never had such good customer service when presenting with a problem!

So come to collect a parcel..the collection office is closed because of covid.. yet you have multiple staff loading vans and able to deliver the daily post.. one man usually cover the office. Its bad enough that it's only open every other two hours - 8 till 10am, 12 noon till 2pm, 4pm till 6pm..

Oh excellent.. you've changed your opening hours.. again🤦‍♂️
